3.5 c. water
0.25 c. soy sauce
0.25 c. white vinegar
Hot sauce to taste
Red pepper to taste
Ground pepper
1/2 head cabbage, roughly chopped
1/2 yellow or white onion, chopped
1/4 diced red bell peppers
Remove noodles from package, crumble, and set aside. Put water on to boil, and add soy sauce, hot sauce, vinegar, and ramen seasoning. Let it all come to a boil. Reduce heat and add remaining ingredients, and simmer until vegetables are tender.. Remove from heat and allow to cool briefly. Top with crumbled ramen noodles.and serve.
